FAQ
What to do prior to your treatment
This is a common question. If your treatment is a few days to a few weeks away it is best to cut back on wheat, dairy, red meat, sugar and alcohol, this can improve your digestion and start to allow you to release well during a colonic. On the day of the treatment eat only very light like a smoothie or fruit for breakfast or a light salad for lunch. If you have not done this it’s fine you will still benefit from the treatment.
Will it hurt
No it is not painfull, overall it is a gentle process, it may be a little uncomfortable at times, but it is well worth the reward. It’s better out than in!
